Lodging is not included in the registration fee. We have reserved a discount block of rooms at the reduced rate of only $299/night (including complimentary in-room Internet, fitness center, pool and spa). Our discount blocks typically sell out well before the conference, so book your room now and certainly before the block expires on Friday, April 14.

CAUTION: Based on issues we've had to deal with at past events, do not book your room through a third-party website. If you find a lower price, the hotel will probably match it; third-party sites often have stricter deposit, refund and cancellation policies; if you book directly, the hotel (which doesn't have to pay a substantial third-party commission) is more likely to give you a better room and be more accommodating for special requests and problem resolution; and, if you book directly, you can earn loyalty points (if you are enrolled in their program). Some third-party booking websites are sketchy, so be extra careful about using one for the first time. We have more leverage for problem resolution if you book directly.
