If you receive an email or you find any other website that appears to be offering MAGI hotel rooms, or if you are contacted by anyone other than WCG claiming to offer lower rates, we urge you to be very careful and contact events@wcgclinical.com with their information. These companies often create phony websites that look authentic, but are not authorized to represent MAGI, nor do they have access to officially contracted MAGI hotels or rates in New Orleans. Attendees who book through these websites often arrive and find that their reservation has been cancelled at the last minute, leaving them without a room and liable for a high cancellation fee.

Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4 pm local time 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 1 night's room/tax.
