He is a strategic leader with a proven track record of successfully commercializing businesses with disruptive technologies. His professional mantra encapsulates his ability to help companies formulate, execute, and monetize their business strategies. He has held numerous senior positions throughout his career, including Member of the Board, Chief Executive, Chief Financial, Chief Operating, Chief Product, Chief Business, and Chief Strategic Planning Officer. He has been instrumental in significant financial transactions, including $1.3 billion in public securities, $100 million in divestitures, $1 billion in acquisitions, and $38 million in private securities. Jeffrey’s expertise is profitably commercializing new business ideas, developing new products and markets, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, designing and executing strategic licensing agreements, raising capital, and positioning companies to maximize shareholder value and liquidity. Jeffrey has also developed and executed strategic initiatives, corporate turnarounds, and restructurings.
Academically, Jeffrey has been an adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Business, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He teaches graduate courses in capital investment and finance and performs primary research on the operational performance of clinical trials. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at St. Joseph's University Graduate Program and an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University's Bennett S. Lebow College of Business.
Educationally, Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Engineering in Engineering Science from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Illinois Institute of Technology. He also has certificates in mergers and acquisitions from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Level 1 Change Agent from Conner Partners, and Black Belt Six Sigma from Goodwin College of Drexel University.
