This session reviews key considerations for sites & sponsors negotiating indemnification terms in a clinical trial agreement.

The speakers will discuss the types of claims typically covered by indemnification language, the conditions for receiving indemnification and actions that could exclude a party from receiving their indemnification protection.

By the end of the session attendees should have a basic understanding of language to include and language to avoid when trying to draft favorable indemnification terms.
