The Data Protection session examines the current international and domestic regulatory landscape affecting sites, sponsors and CROs conducting clinical research and storing patient data.

The speakers discuss the regulations that apply (and those that do not) to each entity involved in research based on the entity's location and the data being processed for that trial.

Attendees will leave with a basic understating of the regulations that affect their business, and how to approach data protection language in a clinical trial agreement.
