Learn from experienced clinical trial budget analysts and negotiators how to peel back the layers of a sponsor budget and study protocol. 

Attendees will receive advice on finding hidden costs that may not be included in the Sponsor budget; identifying and quantifying research staff support for study requirements; and justifying administrative fees as part of study activation and ongoing study maintenance.
