Ms. Linden Johnson currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Trials and Business Development for the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation (MCA) a non-profit whose mission is to develop and catalyze the Life Science ecosystem in El Paso, Texas. Ms. Linden Johnson’s primary role is to design, develop, fund, launch and manage the following strategic programs and initiatives whose purpose is to grow a globally competitive West Texas and Southern New Mexico clinical research hub built by and for Hispanics for the advancement of health equity and outcomes:

• CTx Briefings--a monthly webinar designed to bring investigators and sponsors together to support networking and learning about the latest medical advances and new trial opportunities.
• Clinical Trial Academy (CTA) – a program whose purpose is to grow and diversify the clinical research workforce and the number of clinical trial sites in West Texas and Southern New Mexico.
• Clinical Trial Network (CTn) -a program whose purpose is to facilitate trial referrals among our region's healthcare providers and clinical trial sites. 

Prior to her role at the MCA, Ms. Linden Johnson worked in a business development capacity at multiple life science companies including Denver Health, Hauser Pharmaceutical Services, Poudre Valley Health Systems (now UCHealth) and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Ms. Linden Johnson serves on ACRP's Partners In Workforce Advancement (PWA) taskforce-- a multi-stakeholder collaborative of clinical research industry leaders committed to building a diverse, clinical research workforce. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Ms Linden Johnson holds a master's degree in business administration and an undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado. Additionally, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 1991, Ms. Linden Johnson also holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Chicago.
