Mr. Hoyle entered clinical research in 2001. While working at a dedicated research site, he was involved in all aspects of investigator site management, including patient recruitment, budgets and contracts, regulatory, and business development. He founded the Elite Research Network in 2004, a network of twenty-three sites based in the US which conduct studies in all phases, including Phase I. He earned his BS in Zoology from NC State University and his MBA from UNC – Wilmington.
