Nicole Seals is a true Washington native—born, raised, and never tempted to leave the Evergreen State, no matter how many cities she’s called home. She married young at 22 and is a proud mom to two strong daughters who serve in the Army Reserves. Life brought its share of challenges: Nicole lost her husband in 2016, but fate smiled on her in 2019 when she met her soulmate, Julie, and remarried.

Nicole has been with WCG Clinical since 2010, finding her stride in Chair Support in 2015 and stepping into her lead role in 2018. Before joining WCG, Nicole dedicated her time to caring for others—working in a teenage foster home, supporting adults as a caregiver, and being a devoted stay-at-home mom.

These days, you’ll find Nicole in Des Moines, WA (she’s used to clarifying it’s the one on the West Coast, not Iowa!), savoring patio evenings and working with Julie to transform their new house into a home. Her love for Wonder Woman runs deep—not just as a fan but as a nickname her coworkers affectionately gave her, recognizing her strength and resilience every day.
