I joined WIRB in 1997, and have had the opportunity to learn about IRB processes while working on various teams over the years. I’ve maintained Certified IRB Profession status since 2001, and added Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2019. I’m inspired by the mission of WCG, and the dedicated team members I work with.

Before joining WCG I had the opportunity to gain experience at a family law office while completing my degree, and then as a legal secretary for an estate planning attorney.

The Pacific Northwest has been my home since I was a teen. I enjoy fishing in Puget Sound with my husband and family, walking the boardwalk at the Nisqually estuary, reading, and gardening.
