Kara Hodges joined WCG IRB in 2018 and is currently a member of the Board Support team operating at the crossroads of speed and organization. She is responsible for scheduling panel meetings, and attending panel meetings as a board secretary or as a revision specialist.

Kara enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and dreams of innovative ideas like computer upgrades that always come bundled with flowers and extra chocolates. She is motivated by WCG IRB’s mission and finds it rewarding to work with so many outstanding team members.

She is a gifted shopper, a potato enthusiast and cupcake connoisseur. She enjoys cooking and baking often. While she does consider herself to be a foodie she is mostly fueled by chocolate.
