Pritesh Patel has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Operational Excellence, Six-Sigma, QMS and Metric Management.

His last role at The Center of Breakthrough Medicines, as well as his roles at BMS and Novartis saw Pritesh leading the data analytics teams to support metric generation and insight gathering for the Quality organization as well as for other departments.

While at Allergan, he built a metric program to monitor the health of the quality systems, and ensured that all aspects of the program were implemented correctly. He was also instrumental in re-building their Change Management Program as well as helping the audit team to streamline their audit program. At the same time, he helped sites and programs use statistics to troubleshoot development challenges.
