Entry Requirements
WCG Clinical is committed to putting on a safe event
As part of the entry requirements for 2022 West MAGI, all attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and complete the health screening survey in order to enter.
- WCG Clinical as partnered with CLEAR to utilize the Health Pass feature, to provide easy proof of COVID-related health insights for faster entry. To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free: https://clear.app.link/WCGMAGI
- For the most efficient entry possible, all attendees should create a free CLEAR account and complete the checklist for entry requirements.
- Trust and transparency are CLEAR’s top priority, and with Health Pass, users are always in control of their health information. Personal information is only used to deliver a frictionless and secure experience with CLEAR and WCG Clinical. You can read more details about this in CLEAR’s Privacy Policy here.

- Full instructions on how to complete your Health Pass see below:
1) Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile [https://clear.app.link/WCGMAGI]
2) Select ‘Have a code?’ and enter ‘WCGMAGI’
3) Easily enroll with your government issued ID or if you are already a CLEAR member, verify your identity with a quick selfie
4) Follow the prompts to verify your proof of vaccination and 24 hours before you arrive complete the health screening survey.
- Link proof of vaccination - CDC card upload (recommended)
- When prompted to add your vaccination, select ‘add your vaccination card’ to upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card
- Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information
- Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a green or red Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.
- Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
- Link proof of vaccination - Digitally link
- Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.
- If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time. Please go back and upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card!
- Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.
- If found, your results will link automatically and it may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass - do not try to resync your results
- Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
- Link proof of vaccination - SMART QR Code
- Tap ‘SMART QR Code’ and follow the prompts to upload your QR code
- Once confirmed, complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
5) Accept the Know Before You Go
6) Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile and produce your pass. Green is good to go! Be ready to present to staff for entry.
If you are outside the United States: Please use the CLEAR app if possible. If you run into issues using the CLEAR app. Send a picture of your vaccination card to events@wcgclinical.com or plan to show your vaccination card (photo acceptable) at check in.
