Andrea has a BS/MS in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University and a PhD in Bioengineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. After finishing her PhD she spent 15 years in the cardiac medical device industry, 10 of them running clinical trials for a sponsor. For the last two and a half years she's been running Innovation at Florence Healthcare, an Atlanta-based tech company serving the clinical trials industry.
