Patricia Black is a Manager with MFR’s Business Advisory Practice, where she is responsible for leading teams to deliver process optimization and digital transformation solutions for MFR clients. Her leadership includes cultivation of client relationships, consultant recruitment and development, project management and quality, and business development efforts.

  Prior to joining MFR, Ms. Black’s career included leadership of enterprise-wide efforts, departmental initiatives, and division management, where she has utilized her expertise in business operations, data analytics, staff optimization and engagement, relationship management, and financial management and reporting to achieve outstanding results, Her focus has primarily been in the Health Care and Higher Education segments for more than 15 years, where she has held leadership positions at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and Perelman School of Medicine; Fox Chase Cancer Center; Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia; and Temple University School of Medicine.

She holds a Negotiations Strategies for Managers Executive Program Certificate from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business; a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate from Temple University; and Certificates in additional areas including Leadership, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Financial Management, and Process Improvement.

Ms. Black holds a Master of Business Administration, majoring in General and Strategic Management, from Temple University, Fox School of Business. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Management and Marketing, from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
