Thomas Smiley is a materials testing specialist whose work is focused on data collection and analysis.
His involvement with bioethics and human challenge trials began as an active member of the 1Day Sooner volunteer group
and has subsequently involved becoming a challenge trial participant, writing, researching, and publicly advocating
within the space. Through his work, Thomas hopes to encourage more dialogue and interest about pro-social and less utilized forms of scientific research
