Jessica has worked in clinical trial operations for over 10 years spanning site side, contract research and direct to pharmaceutical solutions. Jessica joined WCG to bring her unique understanding of clinical trial execution ranging from “mom and pop” clinics to large scale academic research institutions to align stakeholders across projects. She has a keen interest in how technological innovation and strategic support can meet our customers exactly where they’re at in their research journey to build and scale lasting growth.
Prior to her time at WCG much of her career has been spent in early phase oncology starting site side as a research coordinator at Sarah Cannon Research Institute before transitioning into both small and large CROs as a Clinical Research Associate and later project management. During the pandemic, Jessica developed the SOPs for the first fully remote study and helped facilitate the fastest startup timelines in company history. In 2021 Jessica founded Athelo Health as a social enterprise providing virutal care navigation to women in rural settings with cancer.
Jessica’s attended graduate school at Vanderbilt University as well as continued professional education at Massachusetts’s Institute for Technology in artificial intelligence and business strategy. Her team placed 1st in the PharmaTimes Strategic Competition as Clinical Researcher of the Year in 2018 and she has won numerous awards for her academic research as well as recently serving as a Rock Health Innovation Fellow.
