Dr. Kristopher H. Morgan is the Vice President of Research and Measure Science at Press Ganey. He has over 20 years of academic and professional research experience and is a nationally recognized leader in patient experience and engagement science. Prior to joining Press Ganey, Dr. Morgan was Project Director of the Social Research Institute at Purdue University. He is responsible for new product development, metric creation, and maintaining Press Ganey’s methodological processes and standards. His team developed the Resilience Metric which is designed to combat Burnout among physicians and front-line staff. His most recent publications, “Perspectives From Patient Focus Groups on Patient Experience in Clinical Trials” was published in the Journal of Patient Experience, “Measures Metrics and Key Drivers” is featured the book The Engaged Caregiver and “The Relationship Between Nurse-Reported Safety Culture and the Patient Experience, was published in the Journal of Nursing Administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology, and Master’s certificate in Statistics and Survey Research. He recently served as an adjunct professor at Indiana University South Bend.
