She manages partner CROs' performance to ensure timely study activation and compliance with regulatory requirements while identifying the critical steps and minimizing any risks that could cause delays in study start-up. She has developed internal contracting and budgeting processes for a large CRO as an expert at FMV benchmarking tools like IQVIA GrantPlan and Medidata Rave Grants Manager. She has worked on initiatives that have improved productivity and reduced cycle times, facilitating more efficient study activations.
