Speaker Bio

Kaye Doiron is a nationally recognized innovator in clinical trial research, redefining how research reaches and serves diverse communities. As founder of Research Works INC and Research Works San Juan, she built a human-centered, operationally rigorous model for clinical research grounded in access, excellence, and sustainability.

For more than 17 years, Kaye has challenged legacy site paradigms — strengthening independent site infrastructure while advancing healthcare equity. Through initiatives such as Research Works on Wheels, one of the country’s earliest mobile clinical research units, she helped shift the traditional site-centric model by bringing trials directly into underserved communities.

Today, she is the founder of Samaras, an intelligent AI orchestration layer purpose-built for clinical trial operations. Developed from inside real-world site experience, Samaras deploys clinically grounded AI agents that support education, screening, medical intake, protocol intelligence, and study execution — transforming fragmented workflows into a cohesive, scalable operational system. Her work bridges human-centered care with enterprise-level infrastructure, redefining how sites, sponsors, and patients collaborate.

Under her leadership, her organizations have remained independent, innovation-driven, and nationally recognized — without outside institutional backing.

A former professional jazz musician turned healthcare entrepreneur, Kaye brings creative discipline, resilience, and systems-level thinking to everything she builds. She was a featured main stage speaker at the 2025 Innovation Network Gathering and is a sought-after voice on site sustainability, intelligent automation, and the future of clinical trial execution.
