Sahar Naureen is a seasoned leader in the healthcare industry with over 10 years of experience. She is currently working as the Clinical Site Relationship Manager and FMV Lead at Roche Genentech. She has extensive experience in not-for-profit organizations which has equipped her to gain a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of research administration from both site and sponsor perspectives. 

As the Clinical Site Relationship Manager, Sahar leads the program of engaging and fostering positive working relationships with key clinical research sites. She plays a vital role in optimizing operational efficiency between sponsors and sites and empowering internal stakeholders to develop effective site relationship strategy. She also provides leadership and oversight for the Global Fair Market Value Governance for all global clinical studies. 

Sahar has a wide breadth of national and international experience in different industries and cultures that allows her to have a unique perspective and be an agile leader in the ever-evolving world of pharmaceutical industry. Sahar is passionate about helping patients get access to healthcare faster. She is driven to enhance site experience and improve patient outcomes through providing collaborative efforts across the continuum of care. Sahar holds a Business Administration (BA), specializing in Strategic Management from University of Toronto and Master in Health Science (MHSc) from University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME).
