​Sahar Naureen, MHSc, is the Clinical Site Relationship Program, Functional Lead at Roche/Genentech. With over 12 years of experience, Sahar offers a unique dual perspective on research administration, having led initiatives across both the not-for-profit site sector and the global sponsor landscape. At Roche/Genentech, she drives the strategy for engaging and fostering positive relationships with clinical research sites globally, focusing on operational efficiency and seamless collaboration.

Sahar provides leadership and oversight for Global Fair Market Value (FMV) governance, ensuring compliance and equity across the study portfolio. A dedicated advocate for capability building, Sahar is currently pursuing her Professional Coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She applies a coach-approach to leadership to empower internal stakeholders and site partners, developing the skills and strategies necessary to navigate the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry with agility. She is passionate about accelerating patient access to care by streamlining the continuum of research through collaborative site-sponsor efforts. Sahar holds a BA in Strategic Management and a Master of Health Science (MHSc) from the University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME).
