She has 20+ years of combined experience in the areas of medical device, pharmaceutical sciences, and hospital administration that span across clinical operations and research, regulatory, medical affairs, and strategic planning.

Shaherah has developed multiple strategies resulting in accelerated commercialization, revenue generation, market expansion, and operational efficiencies for large global organizations and healthcare service providers. In her previous roles as head of Clinical Affairs for Medtronic, Smith & Nephew, and Stryker, she was responsible for leading strategic efforts in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Her leadership scope encompassed global teams in clinical, regulatory, biostatistics, financial management, and clinical research organizations (CRO) at various levels.

Currently, Shaherah is the founder & CEO of Research Lifecycle Solutions, a life sciences strategic consulting firm.
