The Subject Injury session discusses the ethical basis for subject injury reimbursement language in clinical trial agreements, tips for negotiating effective CTA subject injury language and common compliance considerations affecting billing and reimbursement of injuries suffered by study subjects. Attendees will learn: When to include subject injury language based on the nature of the trial; how to incorporate effective subject injury language; and the risks & benefits to each party by including subject injury language.
