Téa Romero has more than 18 years of experience working in the clinical research space, with a strong foundation in global regulatory submissions. She currently holding the titles relationship manager, creator, founder, board member, moderator, photographer and rainy weather enthusiast. With an educational focus on operational psychology Téa’s passion is paving the path for the neurodivergent community and marginalized communities by creating concrete processes to increase research diversity, creating spaces such as employee resource groups in the clinical research, development and pharmaceutical space to support employees and promote actionable changes in the way we do business across the industry.
