Chakra Chennubhotla earned his PhD from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto specializing in computer vision, machine learning, and AI. He is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Computational and Systems Biology at the University of Pittsburgh. His research interests include developing computational models and methods to improve the understanding of major interactions and allosteric mechanisms that underlie the proper functioning of biomolecular systems.
