With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Virginia has negotiated many types of agreements including site agreements, consulting agreements, and investigator-initiated research agreements. Her current area of focus is on Latin America site agreements. Prior to joining Merck Sharp & Dohme, she worked for Schering-Plough and contract research organizations and was in private practice as an attorney. She is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and Wake Forest University School of Law.
