Kaitlin has 14 years of experience in the clinical research industry with primary concentration in regulatory and audit readiness with a focus in site start-up activities. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research degree from Campbell University.  Industry experience from two large CROs and also 5 years serving as an adjunct professor for Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Clinical Research program.  She currently holds a leadership role at Syneos Health for the North America Site Activation team.  Kaitlin enjoys spending her free time with her husband Stephen and 3 daughters.
