Kimberly Guedes is a seasoned clinical research strategist with over 25 years of experience. Most recently , Vice President of Clinical Operations at KiefeRx. Before KeifeRx, Kim was at Centrexion. Her experiences inform her entrepreneurial approach to drug development, including pre-clinical, Phase I-IV, and translational research trials. From Research Coordinator at Yale University School of Medicine to VP Global Clinical Operations at pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including Merck Pharmaceuticals, Mitsubishi Pharma, and Bristol Myers-Squibb. Kim has established herself as a subject matter expert in complex global regulatory, quality, clinical development, and operations. Her leadership and engaging interpersonal style have delivered multimillion-dollar bids with pharmaceutical companies, international research studies launched in the US, EU, South America, and PAC-Asia, as well as multiple, sequential, phase III trials.
Kim holds an RN. BSN. MBA, and was awarded the Carolyn E. Green Scholarship dedicated to leadership opportunities for women in the life sciences industry.
