Clinical Trial Success can have different meanings to different stakeholders. Just because a clinical trial didn’t meet its endpoint, doesn’t mean it wasn’t an operationally successful trial. It takes many people across multiple organizations, departments, and clinical sites to execute, run and close out a trial successfully.  We will openly explore what an operational successful trial means to sites, CROs, and sponsors, and discuss ways to achieve it.
