Description
On the one hand, the HRPP/IRB must ensure that prospective participants are not subject to undue influence, on the other, that no parties are inappropriately denied the opportunity to participate in a study. This session explores the fine line that an HRPP/IRB must tread when the prospective participants are employees of the organization - with varying degrees of proximity to the researchers – conducting the research. How to ensure that their participation is not the result of undue influence but still let them participate?
