Scott is the VP Sponsored Programs and Regulatory Affairs for SUNY’s Research Foundation ("RF"). Prior, he was Senior Assoc. Counsel for the RF. Before this, he had 20 years’ experience in HEI: Co-Dir. OSP at SUNY UB, Research Center Mgr at LSE, Research Grants Director at Univ. of York, and at MIT as Asst. Director Cambridge-MIT Institute, IPC Manager and in the MIT-China program. He was in private law practice for 6 years. Scott has a BS from Syracuse Univ. School of Management, and a JD from Boston Univ.
