After a 17 year career in nursing, Kay expanded into the clinical research industry as a study coordinator, site director, CRA/CRA manager, and then into entrepreneur and site ownership. She founded Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. (CTT) in 2001 and co-founded RealTime-CTMS, LLC in 2013. She has served on multiple advisory groups within the industry working to improve the conduct of clinical trials. Kay is passionate about improving our industry and making a difference in people's lives.
