Eve Sakran is the Executive Director of Clinical Research Operations Office at Holy Cross Health in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she oversees centralized research operations within the hospital, including pre/post-award process as well as QA, billing, CRCs, etc. Eve started Holy Cross Health recently, after seven years at Georgetown University, where she was the Administrative Director of the Clinical Research Operations Office where she oversaw pre and post-award for industry clinical trials, MCAs for all clinical trials, and helped onboard and manage their CTMS.  Eve was previously Corporate Director of Research & Grants at Jackson Health System, Academic Medical Center, in Miami FL.  Eve has cumulative experience from the hospital's perspective as well as the University's experience in the management of research.  Including writing & implementing policy & operations in the clinical trial process pre/post-award-from CTAs, budgets, CTMS-management, invoicing, and reimbursements.
