Michael Powers is the General Counsel of the academic research organization GOG Foundation, Inc. He was previously a member of the FDA/Pharmaceuticals Group of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney and the Associate GC of the CRO PharmaNet. Mr. Powers has extensive experience personally drafting and negotiating contracts in the life sciences industry including multi-million dollar clinical services agreements. Michael holds a BA from Emory University and his JD from the Catholic University of America.
