Barb is the Associate Director for Clinical Development for the Emergency Care business at Philips. She started her career as a CRC at the University of Pittsburgh focusing on the retina. She then went to the VA as a regulatory specialist and then a Clinical Trial Safety Specialist. For the past 6 years she has focused on medical devices from early feasibility to post market. She also supports new electronic solutions within Clinical Operations and sits on the University of Pittsburgh IRB.
