Sarah assists life science and academic clients with sponsored, investigator initiated, and collaborative research studies including drafting and negotiating of CRO and clinical trial agreements, drafting of consent and HIPAA authorization documents, and advising on human subject protections, FDA requirements for clinical investigations, use of data and biospecimens, subject injury, and reimbursement. Prior to joining EBG, Sarah practiced for 11 years at Ropes & Gray and one year at Verrill.
